They are loving, funny, smart, comforting, frustrating, annoying... in other words, they're just like children. My mare is sweet and cuddly and would rather follow me around the roundpen than go run out her energy. Unfortunately, when I ride her, she's inexplicably spooky. Her son, the gelding, is goofy, nosy, and ADD. But he's solid to ride and a wonderful showhorse.<br /><br />I've already got some of your titles. I'll have to pick up a few more. Riding, grooming, feeding, etc. was my refuge a lot of times. They were the only "people" who would listen and not judge, so I know where you are coming from.
